-Carrier oil such as coconut oil

How to make
To make this readymade headache balm, heat coconut oil in a double boiler. When it completely melts, add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to the heated concoction.

Once cooled down, pour the prepared mixture into a small bowl or jar.

Allow it to solidify a little. To use, simply dab your fingers in the balm and apply to the forehead. It will soon get absorbed and provide relief.
